About the role

Join M&S as a Food Team Manager in the Dundee area, leading the shop‑floor team to deliver exceptional style, service and commercial performance. You will be hands‑on, setting the pace, raising standards and shaping the department for the next generation of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multi‑skilled food team on the shop floor.
• Maintain high visual standards and ensure the department trades strongly.
• Drive five‑star customer service and safety compliance.
• Manage stock availability, operational excellence and merchandising.
• Use data and insight to achieve commercial targets and improve performance.
• Coach, develop and performance‑manage team members with clarity and empathy.

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑focused environment.
