About the role

As a Team Manager in Food for a new store opening, you will lead from the shop floor, setting the pace and raising standards. You’ll inspire a multiskilled team to deliver outstanding service, strong commercial results and a brilliant store presentation, even under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strong sales performance and ensure the department meets commercial targets.
• Maintain high visual standards and five‑star customer service throughout the store.
• Own safety, availability, and operational excellence on a daily basis.

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑focused environment.
