Team Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Team Manager you will act as the face of the brand, leading a dedicated sales team within a flagship store. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales performance and nurturing talent.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and motivate a team of sales associates, setting clear performance targets.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, storytelling, and client‑eling skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a personalised luxury experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective team management and visual merchandising.
• Oversee daily operational processes, including inventory control, visual standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑manager role within a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
