Team Manager – Support Services (Ealing)

About the role

As a Team Manager at Certitude you will lead two residential houses that provide support to individuals with a range of learning disability needs. You will ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care while working closely with families, carers and health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risk and ensure decisions are recorded accurately, reflecting each individual's preferences and family input.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with families, advocates, social workers and healthcare professionals.
• Plan personalised rotas (day, night and overnight) that maximise opportunities for service users based on their goals and interests.
• Oversee the creation and review of support plans, ensuring choice and control are embedded throughout.
• Coordinate audits, quality indicators and safety measures to meet CQC regulations and organisational policies.
• Allocate resources efficiently and follow up swiftly on any concerns.

Required profile

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Proven track record of enabling choice and control for service users.
• Leadership experience in embedding person‑centred working within a team.
