Team Member – Customer Service & Bakery Operations

About the role

We're looking for Team Members to join us! As a Team Member, you'll provide fast and friendly service to our customers, keep the shop clean and tidy, and prepare our much‑loved products. You’ll support in‑shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive‑through channels to ensure a brilliant customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers in‑store and through delivery, Click + Collect and drive‑through channels.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Prepare and bake Greggs’ popular products to the company’s quality standards.
• Help create a brilliant customer experience by supporting smooth order fulfilment across all channels.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
