About the role

Join the vibrant Brixton team at itsu, a leading Asian‑inspired quick‑service brand. As a Team Member you will work in a fast‑paced kitchen and front‑of‑house environment, delivering fresh, high‑quality dishes to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Cut fresh fish and prepare ingredients for menu items.
• Roll maki and assemble itsu’s signature dishes.
• Cook with care while maintaining food quality and safety standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
