About the role

Join itsu’s Brighton store as a Team Member, working in a vibrant, Asian‑inspired quick‑service environment. No prior experience is required – you’ll receive hands‑on training and digital learning to become confident in food preparation and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Cut fresh fish and prepare ingredients for menu items.
• Roll maki and assemble itsu’s signature dishes.
• Cook food with care while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.

Required profile

Required skills

• Food preparation (cutting, slicing, assembling).
• Maki rolling.
