Team Member – Kitchen & Front of House

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our Edinburgh itsu store, working either in the kitchen or front‑of‑house. You will help deliver fresh, Asian‑inspired dishes and provide friendly service in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cut fresh fish and prepare ingredients for sushi and other dishes.
• Roll maki and assemble itsu menu items with precision.
• Cook dishes according to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and store cleanliness.
• Serve customers with a smile, handling orders and queries.

Required profile

• Passion for food preparation and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Positive attitude, pride in work, caring for teammates and customers.
• Desire to grow within the company and build trust.
• Available for full‑time or part‑time shifts in Edinburgh.
