Team Member (Part Time) – Retail

Team Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment while delivering an exceptional store experience. You are customer‑focused, enjoy serving others, and are passionate about our product.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity and professionalism, creating inclusive and personalized experiences.
• Learn product stories, sizing and fit to confidently support customers and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel through refined selling behaviours and elevated body language, even during high‑traffic periods.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, clean and organized, and step into different zones as needed.
• Embrace coaching, adapt quickly to change and continuously seek feedback to improve performance.
• Drive store results by meeting sales goals, using tools and training resources, and delivering outstanding service.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with availability on weekdays and weekends, including evenings and closing shifts.
• Passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store and lift items up to 40 lb throughout the shift.
