Team Member – Restaurant Crew

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our Tortilla restaurant in Bristol’s Cribbs Causeway. Working on a permanent basis, you can choose part‑time or full‑time hours and will be paid up to £12.91 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and assemble fresh Mexican dishes following our #eatfresh standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including station and dining area upkeep.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash/card transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Outgoing, customer‑focused attitude with a genuine smile.
• Eager to learn and develop within a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; training will be provided.
