Team Member (Restaurant Crew)

About the role
You will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, delivering great food, friendly service and a positive atmosphere to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and take orders accurately.
- Operate the tills and handle cash transactions.
- Prepare food items – slice, dice and assemble menu products quickly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic work environment at all times.
- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods.
Required profile
- Stay calm and focused when the restaurant is busy.
- Care about the quality of food, service and teamwork.
- Positive attitude that contributes to a good shift vibe.
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours.
Required skills
- Operating a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Cash handling and basic financial accuracy.
- Food preparation and basic kitchen techniques.
- Understanding of hygiene and cleaning standards.
