Team Member – Retail & Food Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our Burnley store. In this role you will deliver fast, friendly service to customers, keep the shop clean and tidy, and prepare our popular baked products. You will support customers across in‑shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive‑through channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quick and courteous service to every customer.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑stocked shop environment.
• Prepare and assemble Greggs products to company standards.
• Handle orders from multiple channels including in‑store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive‑through.
• Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Enthusiastic about learning and delivering exceptional service.
• Supportive of an inclusive culture that values diversity.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and having fun.
