Team Member – Retail Sales (Part‑time)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced store team in Workington, delivering outstanding customer service and efficient stock operations on a part‑time basis. You will receive training and development from day one, with flexible working options available.

Key responsibilities

• Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find the perfect products.
• Share your passion and knowledge about the store’s product range.
• Work across all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom and processing deliveries.
• Handle stock operations and assist with receiving and organising deliveries.
• Take control of your own development through training and assessments.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Calm, efficient and friendly, even during busy periods.
• Flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
• Right to work in the UK, as required by Home Office guidance.
