Tech Lead - Power Platform

About the role

You will lead the design, development and delivery of high‑quality solutions on Microsoft Power Platform for a council in South East England. Working closely with business stakeholders and a multidisciplinary team, you will shape how digital services are built and improve residents' lives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions.
• Architect, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and related components.
• Manage Power Platform environments, licensing, capacity, and backup policies.
• Guide migration of legacy applications to Power Platform.
• Produce technical documentation, user guides, and support UAT activities.
• Mentor and train team members on Power Platform best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience across the full lifecycle of Microsoft Power Platform projects.
• Strong background in application architecture and design.
• Proven ability to work with product managers, designers and other developers in a matrix environment.
• Excellent business analysis skills and stakeholder management.

• Dataverse and SharePoint integration
• Model‑Driven Apps and Canvas Apps development
• Dynamics 365 familiarity
• API integration with third‑party cloud services
