About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our award‑winning technology and digital recruitment consultancy in St Albans. You will act as a trusted partner to a diverse portfolio of tech businesses, helping them attract and secure top talent across the full 360 recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships within the technology sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through proactive outreach.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Deliver a seamless experience for both clients and candidates throughout interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency‑based tech recruitment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to progress within a high‑performance environment.
