Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will support Nest’s B2B team by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting complex queries and ensuring smooth operational delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external delivery partners, the TAM acts as a bridge between customers, technical specialists and the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist B2B colleagues in resolving technical issues and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Nest and TCS teams to develop and improve the service proposition.
• Identify, investigate and prioritise system defects, driving them to resolution.
• Capture feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to enhance processes and systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer‑facing teams, technical experts and delivery partners.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of pension rules and UK pension regulations.
• Understanding of the payroll market’s interaction with workplace pensions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience influencing outcomes.
• Ability to handle objections and work collaboratively across functions.
