Technical Account Manager – Live Events

About the role

This position is based in Chessington with a hybrid working model – one day per week remote after an initial induction period. As a Technical Account Manager you will act as the primary liaison for both new and existing clients, promoting the company’s technical, AV and production hire services for high‑profile live events across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the event lifecycle.
• Pitch and sell technical and AV solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal production teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Brief technical production crews on project requirements and timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from contract signing to event completion.
• Support the broader sales pipeline and manage multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
