Technical Administrator

About the role

The Technical Administrator will own and maintain product technical files for a luxury interiors brand, ensuring compliance with UK, European and North American regulations. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will support development teams in the UK and China and play a pivotal role in product release and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain product technical files in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support UK and China development teams and manage data in a PLM system alongside Excel.
• Own the Product Release Order process, taking new products to production release.
• Produce weekly NPD reports, monthly KPI reports and carbon data.

Required profile

• Several years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in chasing engineers for information.
• Proactive, positive attitude and enjoyment of owning data.
• ERP or PLM experience (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Navision, Oracle) is an advantage.
