Technical Administrator – Night Shift (4‑on/4‑off)

About the role

Join the Product Safety team as a Technical Administrator working night shifts on a 4‑on/4‑off schedule. You will handle the quality control of returned medical devices, ensuring accurate documentation so engineering teams can maintain safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical checks on returned equipment.
• Log all findings into internal databases with high attention to detail.
• Manage workflow to keep items moving through the return process efficiently.
• Follow strict SOPs to meet medical industry regulations.

Required profile

• Methodical approach with a focus on process and accuracy.
• Clear written English for reporting and documentation.
• Strong work ethic and reliability for night‑shift work.
• Background in administration, retail, or warehouse data‑entry (no specific medical experience required).

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Comfort using bespoke internal software.
