Technical Application Engineer – Electronics & Motor Control

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Application Engineer to join a global leader in motor control solutions. You will provide both pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for products such as soft starters, motor control and motor protection systems, working closely with customers, distributors and the internal sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers and distributors on product selection, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Respond promptly to technical enquiries, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Develop and deliver technical training for external and internal audiences.
• Create and review application guides, case studies and product literature.
• Contribute technical content for website updates, product launches and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• HNC, HND, degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and industrial applications.
