Technical Audio Visual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Audio Visual Project Manager to lead live‑event projects from the first client enquiry through to successful delivery. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and third‑party suppliers to create innovative technical solutions that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage live‑event projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings and conduct site visits.
• Develop creative technical layouts and produce quotations, proposals and project budgets.
• Schedule equipment, crew and resources; coordinate with venues, performers and suppliers.
• Prepare health & safety documentation and support on‑site delivery across the UK and occasional international locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate across departments for seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional live‑events or senior event technician roles.
• Strong understanding of audio, lighting and video production.
• Excellent communication, client‑facing and organisational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with commercial awareness.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
