Technical Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

Join a leading UK manufacturing and supply‑chain organisation on a major digital transformation journey. As a Technical Business Analyst you will bridge business operations and technology, helping to modernise core platforms, adopt cloud solutions and replace legacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture current processes, challenges and strategic goals.
• Gather, document and analyse both business and technical requirements, producing user stories, functional specifications and process maps.
• Create and maintain "as‑is" and "to‑be" process models to support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects and third‑party vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations and migration projects.
• Assist with test planning, UAT coordination and solution validation.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and enable knowledge transfer across the organisation.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working in large‑scale transformation or digital‑change programmes.
