Technical Business Analyst – Hybrid, Newcastle

About the role

A leading global consulting organisation is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its delivery team in Newcastle. The role bridges stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs from discovery through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the link between stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping problems, defining requirements and supporting delivery from discovery through implementation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and testers to ensure solutions are well‑defined, feasible and aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, prioritisation, workshops and ongoing collaboration to keep delivery on track.
• Prepare teams for change by ensuring solutions are understood, documented and ready for adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology‑focused environments.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain technical details in plain language.
• Ability to produce clear documentation such as user stories, process flows or functional descriptions.
• Logical, curious mindset with interest in systems, data and integrations.
• Security‑Clearable (5+ years continuous UK address history).
