Technical Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a leading global consulting organisation in Newcastle. The role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that digital solutions are well‑defined, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping problems and defining requirements from discovery through implementation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and testers to validate solution designs.
• Support Agile ways of working by facilitating prioritisation, workshops, ceremonies, and continuous collaboration.
• Prepare teams for change, ensuring solutions are understood and ready for adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology‑focused environments.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain technical details in plain language.
• Ability to produce clear documentation such as user stories, process flows, and functional descriptions.
• Logical, curious mindset with interest in systems, data, and integrations.
• Security‑clearable (5+ years continuous UK address history).

• Salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum.
