Technical Claims Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Claims Advisor to manage mechanical breakdown warranty claims for automotive customers. You will process claims, liaise with dealers and repair networks, and ensure a high level of service throughout the claims lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process incoming warranty claims submitted via online systems and email.
• Assess each claim for approval or rejection based on policy terms and technical evidence.
• Record claim decisions and maintain accurate notes within the claims management system.
• Manage technical relationships with dealer workshops and repair networks to facilitate efficient repairs.
• Ensure administrative accuracy and completeness of all claim files and supporting documentation.
• Communicate claim outcomes clearly to customers, dealers, and repairers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a dealership, garage, vehicle warranty, claims, service advisor or automotive after‑sales environment.
• Good knowledge of motor vehicles and mechanical components.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining integrity and reliability.

Required skills

• Salary of £28,000 per annum plus overtime.
