Technical Coordinator

About the role

This newly created Technical Coordinator position sits within the Building Regulations team of an award‑winning architecture practice. Based in the Farringdon office, you will work Monday‑Friday on‑site with the option to work one day remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project enquiries and prepare fee proposals.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.
• Maintain project records, documentation and filing systems.
• Support document‑control processes and overall project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Assist with reports, presentations, invoices and general project administration.

Required profile

• Experience in an administration, coordination or project support role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Background in construction, property, architecture or consultancy is desirable but not essential.
