Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑profile global virtual hackathon. The role sits at the intersection of technology, innovation and regulatory affairs, requiring fast‑paced, quality‑focused execution and strong partner management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, track and execute delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage scheduling, meeting facilitation and follow‑up actions for a cross‑functional team and diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with technology partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Maintain project artefacts such as risk logs, decision registers and detailed project plans.
• Support data‑governance activities, including data‑privacy compliance and related reporting.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in a technology, innovation or financial‑services environment.
• Experience managing technology or industry partnerships, including onboarding, relationship management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across senior and technical audiences.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Required skills

• Understanding of data‑governance principles.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, synthetic data and agentic systems.
• Ability to compile, structure and quality‑assure technical documents such as platform specifications for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

What we offer

• Contract role until the end of September with a daily rate of £300‑£400 (inside IR35).
• Fully remote work based in the UK, with occasional visits to our London or Cambridge office.
