Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

This contract role supports the rollout of a strategic Digital Workflow Platform built on Camunda 8, aimed at modernising process orchestration across EMEA. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will work within the EMEA IT team, collaborating closely with the BPMN Centre of Excellence, platform engineers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of workflow automation projects using Camunda 8, from planning through to BAU transition.
• Coordinate platform implementation activities across engineering, architecture and infrastructure teams.
• Work with business owners and the BPMN CoE to define, scope and mobilise new workflow use cases.
• Handle demand‑pipeline activities including intake, triage, sizing, prioritisation and tracking.
• Maintain project governance artefacts such as plans, RAID logs, financial tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among developers, analysts, architects and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with BPMN standards, platform governance and architectural principles.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and decisions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT initiatives, preferably in workflow, automation or integration domains.
• Strong background in delivering projects that involve modern application platforms, microservices or cloud‑native technologies.
• Solid understanding of project management disciplines including planning, risk/issue management, governance and reporting.
