About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Technical Co‑ordinator to join our specialist manufacturing business in Sutton. Working 35 hours per week, you will support the technical team in designing and adapting made‑to‑order products to meet client specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare feasibility reports, planning documents and detailed design drawings.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders during quotation, design and installation phases.
- Manage approvals, order processing and price checking.
- Track project progress and prioritise tasks to align with business needs.
- Provide technical advice to other departments and support the production team when required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a technical design team within construction, manufacturing or engineering.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building regulations is desirable.
Required skills
- AutoCAD (mandatory).
- SolidWorks (preferred).
- Keyshot (desirable).
