Technical Lead – Automotive AI Cockpit

About the role
Bosch is looking for a Technical Lead to shape the next generation of AI‑powered smart cockpit solutions for automotive applications. You will define the technical vision, drive architecture decisions and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver a proactive, personalized in‑vehicle experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own end‑to‑end architecture for AI‑driven cockpit systems across hardware, middleware and application layers.
- Lead design and implementation of AI/ML pipelines, model optimization, deployment and lifecycle management.
- Architect multi‑model/LLM orchestration, on‑device model adaptation (fine‑tuning, distillation) and inference optimization on GPU/NPU SoCs.
- Design hybrid edge‑cloud architectures for personalization, continuous learning and scalable feature delivery.
- Integrate multimodal AI capabilities (voice, vision, sensor fusion) while meeting real‑time and safety‑critical constraints.
- Establish data pipelines, telemetry and feedback loops for continuous model validation and performance monitoring.
- Define AI evaluation and observability frameworks, including model quality testing and production monitoring.
- Drive technical program execution, managing planning, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing AI solutions for embedded or automotive systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex, safety‑critical software.
