Technical Lead – D365 & Power Platform

About the role

As a Power Platform / D365 Technical Lead you will be the technical authority for project delivery, shaping and implementing scalable, secure Microsoft business application solutions. You will combine hands‑on development with leadership, working closely with customers, architects and product owners to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure engineering quality standards.
• Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem updates, including Copilot and AI‑driven enhancements.
• Assess emerging capabilities and drive pragmatic adoption in customer projects.
• Translate business requirements into robust, supportable architectures.
• Maintain strong integration expertise and troubleshoot complex solution issues.

• Proven experience leading technical delivery of Microsoft business applications.
• Strong integration expertise across distributed teams.
• Hands‑on technical capability with a focus on solution design and architecture.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with rapid platform changes and guide their adoption.
