Technical Lead / Solution Architect – Cloud & AI

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to shape end‑to‑end cloud and AI solutions for a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The role blends high‑level architectural vision with hands‑on leadership of Agile development teams, working in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite).

Key responsibilities

• Design and own complete solution architectures, translating business concepts into detailed technical designs and securing approval from the Architecture Review Board.
• Define and enforce application security standards, including OAuth 2.0, SSO, API security and proactive threat modelling.
• Provide technical leadership throughout sprints – remove impediments, guide CI/CD maturity, conduct code reviews and act as a bridge between developers, analysts and product owners.
• Identify opportunities to embed Generative AI, large language models and multi‑agent systems to improve product efficiency.
• Assess, recommend and integrate new technologies and off‑the‑shelf components in line with the global technology framework.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead within Agile environments.
• Proven track record delivering cloud migrations and serverless/containerised solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Strong background in REST API design, API integration and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience using architectural modelling techniques such as UML and C4.
• Deep understanding of application security, access control, SSO and threat modelling.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira/Confluence and relational/warehouse data platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs and multi‑agent system design.
