Technical Manager – Coffee Machines

About the role

The Technical Service Manager will lead the entire technical division for coffee machines and white‑goods, reporting to senior leadership and shaping the business strategy as it expands.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the technical division, including KPI management and engineering performance.
• Build, recruit and manage a team of engineers, service advisors, PDI technicians and other technical staff.
• Maintain and update the CRM system and ensure accurate technical documentation.
• Contribute to wider business strategy, growth planning and operational improvements.
• Provide flexible work coverage across office, site and remote locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in coffee machines, white‑goods or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI tracking, CRM usage and technical documentation processes.

What we offer

• Salary range £55,000 – £65,000 per year.
• £6,000 car allowance and £6,500 performance bonus.
