Technical Operator – Late Shift (40 h/week)

About the role

We are seeking Technical Operators to join a high‑performing manufacturing team on the shop floor in Petersfield. The role is focused on supporting assembly equipment during the late shift (3 pm‑11 pm), ensuring optimal performance and uptime in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out machine changeovers efficiently and in line with procedures.
• Act as the first responder to equipment breakdowns and communicate issues clearly.
• Monitor equipment performance, make adjustments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP, safety and QA standards.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA and wider production teams.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or technical operations is desirable.
