Technical Paraplanner – Remote (Hybrid optional)

About the role

We are a well‑established wealth management firm seeking an experienced Technical Paraplanner to join our growing team. The role offers the flexibility of hybrid or fully remote working while supporting business owners, professionals and private clients with high‑quality financial planning support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and comprehensive financial planning documentation.
• Conduct research and analyse client information to inform recommendations.
• Support client reviews and the preparation of adviser recommendations.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of planning materials.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in paraplanning.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
