Technical Paraplanner – Up to £50,000 (DOE)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Paraplanner to join a forward‑thinking financial planning firm in Witney. You will support Financial Planners across a range of client cases, helping to shape recommendations and deliver clear, compliant financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• Prepare detailed suitability reports and client recommendations.
• Build and model holistic financial plans, including cash‑flow modelling.
• Conduct research and analysis to support advice strategies.
• Assist with complex cases and bespoke planning solutions.
• Respond to technical queries from advisers and clients.
• Support client meetings where required and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum).
• 4–7+ years’ paraplanning experience preferred.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Working towards Chartered status (desirable).
