Technical Paraplanner – Witney

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Paraplanner to join a forward‑thinking financial planning firm in Witney. You will support Financial Planners across a broad spectrum of client cases, from straightforward plans to complex strategies, ensuring high‑quality, compliant advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support across pensions, investments and tax planning.
• Prepare detailed suitability reports and client recommendations.
• Build and model holistic financial plans, including cash‑flow modelling.
• Conduct research and analysis to underpin advice strategies.
• Assist with complex and bespoke planning solutions.
• Respond to technical queries from advisers and clients.
• Support client meetings where required and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• 4–7+ years of paraplanning experience preferred.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Working towards Chartered status (desirable).
