Technical Product Manager – AI Quality

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own AI product quality for an early‑stage platform that automates property‑operations tasks. You will define, measure and raise the quality bar of our AI assistant, working closely with customers, engineers and the broader team.

Key responsibilities

• Define what “good” AI performance looks like and create evaluation metrics.
• Build and run nightly evaluation suites, test scenarios and grading pipelines.
• Spot regressions, drive fast fixes and triage daily issues.
• Translate real customer conversations into test scenarios, priorities and delivery plans.
• Own feature development from problem definition through PRD creation and validation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product or outcome‑focused experience working with engineering teams.
• AI‑native mindset – daily use of AI tools in real work.
• Strong technical grounding to assess feasibility and trade‑offs.
• Methodical problem‑solver who relies on data and metrics.
• Excellent communicator able to bridge customers and engineers.
