Technical Product Manager - Fixed Income Technology

About the role

Citi is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the delivery of Fixed Income technology solutions across EMEA. You will own the product vision, drive architecture decisions and work closely with business leaders, architects and engineering teams to shape the next generation e‑trading experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technical product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through development, testing, deployment and post‑launch optimisation.
• Develop efficient, robust solutions to complex Fixed Income and Derivatives business problems.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team to deliver trading system enhancements.
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to operate autonomously and make sound architectural decisions.
• Experience working with front‑office trading systems and Fixed Income markets.
• Strong partnership skills with business, engineering and senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering high‑impact technical products in a fast‑paced environment.
