Technical Product Manager

About the role

City Elite Transaction Services Ltd is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join its post‑trade platforms division. You will work in an agile environment with product owners, development, QA and operations teams to maintain mission‑critical platforms that process high‑volume transaction messages across global capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to design, build and safeguard high‑performance, compute‑intensive applications.
• Drive the product development lifecycle from requirements elicitation to delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and settlement processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, clearing houses, venues and trade repositories.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within an agile scrum team.
• Commercial awareness of financial services and capital markets.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
