Technical Product Manager – Roofing & Building Envelope Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our leading roofing and building envelope systems manufacturer. This role will support customers, contractors, specifiers and internal sales teams across a specialist product range, ensuring technical excellence throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, contractors, consultants and internal sales teams.
• Produce and review project specifications, technical documentation and drawings.
• Assist project delivery from design stage through to completion, including site visits for guidance.
• Deliver product and installation training to customers and colleagues.
• Support product development initiatives and technical improvements.
• Monitor industry regulations, standards and best practices.
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers, testing bodies and certification organisations.
• Maintain technical literature, BIM content and certification documentation.

Required profile

• Technical experience in roofing, cladding, façades, waterproofing or building envelope products.
• Proven ability to provide technical support to customers and contractors.
• Knowledge of construction design, specifications and building regulations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using technical drawing software such as AutoCAD.
