Technical Production Manager – Live Events

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Production Manager to join a leading live events company in Bristol. You will own the technical delivery of corporate events from brief through to flawless onsite execution, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret detailed client briefs and propose technical solutions.
• Manage the full technical production process from concept to delivery.
• Produce technical specifications, equipment lists and production documentation.
• Liaise with lighting, audio, video and staging suppliers.
• Develop production schedules and event timelines.
• Coordinate internal project teams and freelance crew.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed throughout delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a technical production company or live‑events agency.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end technical delivery of corporate events.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
