Technical Project Manager – CRM Development & Delivery

About the role

This position is for a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a Dynamics 365 platform for a global data services organisation based in West London. The role sits within a multi‑year transformation programme, overseeing tooling build, pilot deployment and day‑to‑day delivery activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the delivery plan for CRM and application workstreams.
• Act as the primary interface with the development team, applying Agile delivery principles and using project‑management tooling.
• Manage dependencies, decisions and blockers, maintain RAID logs and ensure environments and test data are ready.
• Work with business SMEs to confirm deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, track defects and enforce quality gates.
• Provide reporting for programme governance and lead daily stand‑ups and weekly reporting forums.

Required profile

• Experience working with offshore development teams.
• Proven project‑management experience delivering large‑scale or multi‑market initiatives.
• Strong technology delivery background with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear communication and organisational skills, able to lead meetings and drive outcomes.
• Comfortable with Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
