Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale IT and business improvement projects from our Ringwood head office. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while working in a collaborative, values‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, priorities and escalation routes with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead delivery, monitoring timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and progress reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate technical details clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Produce reports, dashboards and presentations to support decision‑making.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment.
