Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role
Own the full‑cycle, end‑to‑end recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure) and deliver a high‑quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers. Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full‑cycle recruiting process for technical positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft position profiles, and set hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, and other channels.
- Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical talent in a competitive market.
- Manage and continuously optimize the interview process for efficiency, consistency, and equity.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience, sharing insights with leadership.
Required profile
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Well‑established network within the tech industry and a passion for building new connections.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to the ever‑changing needs of a growing organization.
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work cross‑functionally to achieve company goals.
