Technical Sales Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Administrator to join a well‑established engineering and manufacturing company in Gloucester. The role acts as a bridge between customers and the engineering supply partners, ensuring accurate and timely product quotations while supporting the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clear, detailed and accurate quotations for customers and projects.
• Communicate with customers to gather feedback and answer queries on quotations.
• Record all follow‑up discussions, opportunities, quotes and contacts in the company’s CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of product types, part numbers and designations.

Required profile

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Curious, “how does this work?” mindset and willingness to tackle varied daily challenges.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work well within a small team.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer data and quotations.
