About the role

Join a global leader in smart home and connected devices as a Technical Sales Engineer. You will receive industry‑leading training, including a funded trip to the company’s headquarters in Austria, and work alongside experienced engineers to become an expert in cutting‑edge IoT technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Technical Support Manager to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide remote assistance to electrical engineers during smart‑home system installations.
• Handle approximately 40 support tickets per day, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
• Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge and technical expertise.

Required profile

• A strong interest in technology or engineering.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Motivated, driven and eager to develop a career in the smart‑home sector.
