Technical Sales Manager (Marine / Offshore)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead a high‑value territory covering marine and offshore projects across the South of England and the Midlands. You will represent a global manufacturer of cable and pipe sealing solutions, providing technical expertise to engineers, contractors and project owners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business across marine and offshore sectors, identifying projects from design stage to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, engineers, contractors and distributors.
• Secure product specifications and manage the sales process through to installation.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and solution guidance on site.
• Conduct customer and site visits across the South of England and up to the Midlands.
• Manage existing strategic accounts and nurture long‑term partnerships.
• Attend industry events and forums to generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or sales engineering within engineering products.
• Strong background in marine, offshore or related sectors.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
