About the role

We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Manager to lead the expansion of a new specialty raw materials business unit. This fast‑paced role blends entrepreneurial thinking with the chance to build and manage a high‑performing sales division.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for specialty chemicals.
Identify untapped market opportunities across Europe.
Lead, motivate and grow a sales team.
Travel throughout Europe to engage with key clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Proven track record in sales management within the specialty chemical sector.
Academic qualification in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
Experience designing and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
Strong leadership abilities and a willingness to travel.
