Technical Sales Support

About the role

You will be the go‑to person for customers needing fast, reliable answers, guiding enquiries from first contact through to CPD seminar booking. The role blends organisation, people skills and hands‑on exposure to technical products in the construction and waterproofing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support Regional Technical Managers with customer enquiries and area development
• Identify and qualify promising sales leads from multiple sources
• Handle technical product enquiries and requests for literature or samples
• Organise, register, and help secure bookings for CPD seminars
• Manage and follow up on contractor lists, sales leads, and live projects
• Maintain and update the company's CRM system and database records

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing or sales support role
• Confidence using CRM systems or a willingness to learn quickly
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Interest in developing technical product knowledge in the construction or waterproofing sector
• Experience arranging events, training sessions or seminars is an advantage
